This chest expander is legit! I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I can already feel the difference in my chest and arms. The resistance is perfect, and it's super easy to use at home. Definitely recommend!

It's okay. The resistance bands seem a little flimsy, and I'm not sure how long they'll last. I'm using it lightly for now, but I'm a bit worried about them snapping. Hopefully they'll hold up.

Pretty good for the price. It does what it's supposed to do, but the handles could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, a solid piece of equipment for strength training at home. I like that it doesn't take up much space.
