Return Policy
At TREBLEV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Slimming garments and intimate apparel.
Jewelry (including Bracelets and Anklets) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Any item that is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at assistance@treblev.com or call us at +1 701-516-8317 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the items you wish to return.
Ship Your Return: Once you have received your RMA number, please securely pack your items and mail them to the address below. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Gift Cards: Sale items and items purchased with a gift card will be refunded via store credit.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at assistance@treblev.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
