Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TREBLEV. The following policy outlines the details of our shipping processes. Please read it carefully to understand how and where we ship.

1. Shipping Destinations
We are proud to offer shipping within the United States, including to all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and US territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these areas.

2. Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method, the destination of your package, and the total weight of the items in your order. You will be able to see the shipping cost for your order before you finalize your purchase.

We may offer various shipping promotions throughout the year. Please see our homepage or follow us on social media for any current offers.

3. Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays.

Please note that order processing time is separate from transit time. Your order may require additional processing time during sale events or holidays, which will be communicated on our Site.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

You can also view the status of your order by logging into your account on our Site.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. TREBLEV is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipment will require a new shipping payment. If the order is cancelled instead, a refund for the merchandise will be issued minus the cost of any initial and return shipping fees.

6. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS. Please ensure the address is filled out correctly for these destinations.

7. Customs and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to US territories, please be aware that additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping costs paid to TREBLEV.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
TREBLEV is not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged during transit by the carrier. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on filing a claim for damaged items.
